Mindful Flow is a slow-flowing practice that is mindful and meditative, with attention to alignment and awareness of breath. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Mindful Flow will give you the opportunity to work on both strength and flexibility. This class is beginner-friendly and excellent for those who want to have time to explore and go deeper in their practice.
