Mindfulness to Invoke Gratitude for 3-5 years

Thursday, November 19th, 1:30-2pm
Virtual Class through Still Yoga
Through movement, breath, games, storytelling and creative exercises, this 30-minute class will leave your kiddos feeling grateful, empowered and peaceful, and who doesn’t want more of that these days for us all?!
